John,

I was so glad to be able to attend the Class of 52 Reunion.I have been in contact with Clarence Randolf for three or four years now. They visit us here at Saint Simons Island,Ga. each year when they go to Florida. I left LHS after my jr.year to go into the Navy. I retired in 1970 and went to Georgia State Univ. where I received a degree in accounting. We lived in Marietta,Ga. for 34 yrs. When we both retired for good we moved to St. Simons Island to be with our 2 daughters and their children. We built a new home here and have been here for 8 yrs. Randy began talking to me about going to the reunion about 2 yrs. ago. I decided to go, made arrangements for the trip, and then he could not attend. After I got back home I got a note from Ann Hudnall with a picture of her, Patti Sherburn,Jack McKibben and me when we were 15 yrs. old. Jack and I were very good friends back then. While we were at the reunion Mary Graf came up with a picture of a Tom Thumb Wedding when we were in the first grade. Wow!!! I am so sorry to hear of Norman's passing. Seeing people I had not seen in over 50 yrs. was really interesting. I am surprised that so many still live in and around Lancaster. It sad but real that we are at an age where the passing of old friends will become more often. I have come very close twice with a heart attack once and more recently with cancer. I look forward to the 60th reunion and will be there if at all possible. Thanks john, for all your efforts. You are appreciated by all our classmates. You might put my address and phone no. on the website. If anyone remembers me I would be thrilled to hear from them.
